I see in the regular Korean release thread (non Kimchi exclusive) that it has been put back to Dec 19th so I take it this will be the same?
The non exclusives usually have different release dates as they are Korea wide all retailers releases

With Tony out sick for a while I expect their might be more delays with releases and orders despatched and is expected
Tony's health is more important than any Blu-ray release
After surgery rest is important
We can wait

My best wishes to Tony making a full recovery and getting plenty of rest that's more important

Not really after 45 days I think. Imo it is a risky business model. There should be a backup just in case something goes wrong.
Its not live yet so until then all is fine
Is only from when you pay for goods the 45 days start

No one has of yet paid for this as its not live yet

Tony health is more important anyway
I would consider your health more important than a Blu-ray Release

You will still get your order when it does go live anyway and if you if use a credit card with PayPal you have extra protection than Paypal offer alone

I would consider a persons health more important than a Blu-ray

If Tony needs more time to recover then he takes that extra time as that's what is important
The Steelbook will still be there to order whenever they are ready

I am not talking about this release, it is just that there is no one to take over his duties when he is not well. There is no need to lecture me on this as I am a human being as well.

Will definitely try to add this to my collection. Though with increased interest in Kimchi steels, ordering is pretty much a crap shoot. Wasn't long ago many swore they only bought local steels and didn't import. A lot of those now post in Asian threads consistently now. Oh...... how the times change so quickly :p

Oh man, sorry to hear that Tony isn't well. Wishing you a speedy recovery mate!! :nurse:

The business can be put on hold for a while, this customer will be waiting keener than ever

I think maybe people are just concerned about a prolonged delay to Iron Man. Payment has already been taken for that one.

I would not worry about that its not unusual for Korean releases to be delayed look at Blufans releases they go well past the 45 days

Your fully covered if you paid by credit card and also if you used your credit card with PayPal and also with distance selling rules

You will still get Iron Man even if its delayed or worse case a refund

A person Health is more important than any Blu-ray release
He needs time to recover and can take as long as if needed as far as I'm concerned

If any release that already been ordered gets delayed its only that delayed and will be shipped to customers be it using Tony after he recovers or someone else with Kimichidvd

The only thing important to me is Tony or anyone else who's is ill is given time to recover and get well over any Blu-ray Release

When it comes to a persons health that's more important and should be given all the time to recover

My best wishes to Tony's recovery and his family and friends

How about if we use debit card with PayPal or instant bank transfer?

And I fully agree about Tony, I hope he makes a full recovery.

I would not worry to much as Kimchidvd will do what's needed to look after their customers

Kimchidvd are a well run business I would not be worried they will look after their customers be it through Tony or if needed someone else

It is not about the integrity of Tony. It is about the business model. KimchiDvD is now a reasonably big retailer with loads of customers. There must be another person who takes responsibility. For instance, when my Line Manager is off sick the next in line steps in so that it is business as usual. If we create dependency on one person in a business, to me it is quite dangerous. If one is a private seller like in the classifieds or eBay then I can agree that it is kind of difficult to arrange a back up. I am saying this as a well wisher and a friend.
