I bought a coupon and I'm not from the US, so i can verify it's not for US customers only. I know they are only allowing to choose a county within the USA at first, but later on they enables to sign in with your Amazon account.

Yes, it's limited to only one coupon per customer/Credit Card and etc.

Wreck-I believe the 'voucher' appears in the account from which you purchased (you have to log in).The voucher then contains the AMZ code to use. At least that's how it's worked in the past...

Its just like a gift card, once its applied to your amazon.com account its just like $$$ and can be used no matter where you ship things too.
