it will sucks big time, when we manage to secure E1 but not E2 ...or the other way around

E1 for me as well, although it’s all just a gamble. But need the steel and one (thin) slip to accompany DP1. Just gambled on E1 in case the red mystery box on E2 means it get the (for me) awful WWA drawing art. If that happens to be put on E1 now instead, I’m gonna go ballistic. Thanks FA.

i was fortunate like yourself and also was able to get the E1, and for the same reasons of continuity. slightly nervous re: artwork as FAC seem to have been pushing XL releases as their faves. don't understand why there is an XL release for this anyway, if they are trying elsewhere to match previous releases in a series, like they are with the 'traditional' size-only Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom FAC.

4 Discs in the E3 edition which means there is no room inside the steelbook for any artcards
Artcards are also bigger than what you get with E1 or E2 so the folder is required for E3

When you have Steelbook + Folder + Booklet it needs to be XL Size


E1 and E2 are standard size slips these are not XL slips
The artcards and character cards will be inside the steelbook

Sorry mate, these group buys were already opened for a longer period and had to be closed since orders had to be placed. Copies were paid weeks ago, E5A already in hand and shipping, just waiting for E5B now.

If approval was difficult, maybe Filmarena should have done 2 editions + hardbox only.

the advantages would have been:

- less chance to reuse an already used art
- more consistency with their Deadpool 1 release

but probably less sales

So even with the fact FA have decided to keep the art a secret and expect everyone to "blind buy", the GB's here seem pretty popular still The powers that be at FAC know no bounds lol.

Now, do I tempt fate and go for the E1 later or no?? Passed on both the E5A/B in favour of a slipped version to go with DP1. So looks like I along with many others have no choice and just have to give in lol

What a joke. After waiting an eternity for the slipcovers to be revealed (and missing out on the quarter slip as a result), this happens? I buy steelbooks and premium editions because of the superior art over the amarays, not because it has a slipcover. I'm not going to pay that much money for something that I have no choice in. I'll be going to eBay and buying the quarter slip.

Definitely where it's at for the wallet lol. Had I known of FA's selling tactics in advance I would have definitely secured an E5B immediately via Karel's GB.

Thanks for that, but I think it is the Ultra HD edition that is still available. I don't have an ultra-HD player and don't want to take a copy away from those who do.
