I want the UK version of the game. But amz UK woudlnt ship to me. I may hassle justin or snowblood to get it for me at some point. I think I can double 
this game as the UK version has some UK artists on it (not much) so you wuold think it has to be a double trophy list in that situation.

It's not stackable. It will be just like putting the NA version in. You won't get any new trophies.
I'm 90% sure. I have a stackable trophies thread that I look at all the time when I import.
