Same here. Only preordered with other limited exclusives because I thought this was a Zavvi only release and wouldn't be available elsewhere. Is there a way round this or a email address I can contact to cancel a order when I've already received 1 of my 3 on order? Just get stupid multiple choice options when you select contact us on there website!

The Zavvi cancellations seem to have gone down the Gary glitter. It seems to be recognising the steelbook a as part of a promotion when they're not. It's their loss though as I've went in a few times to cancel a single item then just cancelled the lot to save arsing about.

Yes. Find the order and then click 'Query' > 'I have a problem with my order' > 'Other order problem'. There you go, a nice text field to enter your query

Cancelled my Zavvi order

According to the artworks on zavvi web site, the title is upside down on spine like france or germany released titles.

I really like this movie, thus, I've ordered both zavvi and amazon.de releases.

Will this be the first UK released steelbook with upside down title on spine?

I'm pretty sure it's just a mistake on Sainsbury's part.

I guarantee the Zavvi customer services team have no idea about this and have answered you after looking at the picture! Cant see any reason why this would be back to front - might be silver though
