Arrived this morning from Bollyretails. I bought the Pack and it's a bit broken round the edges, which is a shame. Will try and get some photos up. But still great value for money - DHL delivery.

The packing might be a bit bashed but the Steelbook has been autographed !!

Also inside is a proper photo of the signing session. WHOA.

Showed it to my postie (who is Indian) and he said it's (the film that is) nearly all in English :)

I haven't included photos of everything but this is the Steel and its contents.

Surf how did u order this as it says contact us fir overseas buyers, and is it right that this is only about £15 and did customs get you?

Thanks surf-ugh, I am sorry there is some damage-are the actual items inside damaged too, or just outter box (if there is one?) I look forward to the pics of gift pack.

The package was quite well wrapped but it's the hard thin plastic that cracks easily. Ironically the outside by the address label says "HANDLE WITH EXTRA CARE!" Well they nearly got that right. The Steel wasn't damaged neither were any of the other contents.

On behalf of Bollyretails.com, I extend thanks for your purchases.

Just to clear out some confusions:
1. Gift Pack - The package is presented in a hard plastic-mould casing, which is prone to develop cracks easily. Even we have received some copies from the company, in which there are cracks in the plastic casing. This is beyond our scope. Cracks develop during transportation, and it can't be helped. But, the inside contents are intact. :scat:

2. Normal Cases - All the DVDs / Blu-rays are blow packed by the video companies, using very thin plastic, which are easily torn, even by a simple scratch. Even this is beyond our scope. We do try to retain it, and use bubble wraps above it, to protect items from damage while in transit. But, during a custom check, when the package is opened up, this thin blow packing material gets torn.

And yes, there are no more signed copies from the company.

Enjoy your Blu-rays. !!

Wow Surfury, how did you get yours signed? Are all gift packs signed?

The initial lot of the Gift Pack had autographed copies of the steelbook. Sadly, they have been exhausted, and no more available from the company.
Surfury is lucky to have one, which were among the last few copies.

Congrats Surfury !! :oohyeah:

I also received the gift pack signed... Is the photo and letter actually in the steelbook? as I haven't opened mine...

My packaging was totaly shot, (thanks DHL ) but the steelbook, poster and book all ok, just a shame as I now have nothing to keep these clean in to display :(

This can also be due to custom clearance procedure. They some time open the packages very roughly, for verification.

Congrats for your autographed copy !! :scat:

My gift pack was not opened by customs but the box psackaging was also trashed contents are perfect
see the damaged steelbook links for pics of my packaging not a happy chappy

Same here.... got mine today in the mail from a seller from ebay. He promised to wrap it very well as to not get damaged. It arrived today, all wrapped up in 1 layer of bubblewrap and cardboard shims on the outside, but not on the sides. The corners of my gift pack are all damaged, as well as the inside tray and cardboard info sleeve on the back. (At that point, why not just pack it in a box and ship???) The SB and other contents seem to be in good condition, but like others, now I can't really display as a nice peace. Not too happy on this one.

But again, the steel is very nice, and the CD is as well, and those were the parts I really wanted. :naughty:
