Movie spoiler:
I plan to put a pic of Gruber falling to his death on the inside.

That look of terror on Alan Rickman's face was real.
Apparently he was meant to be dropped onto a huge pillow from 40 Feet on the count of 3. The director decided to drop him after just 2 and pretended something had gone wrong with the stunt. That's just mean.
Check out this link its so funny.

:D could you imagine a director doing that now, they would be sued for millions EEK!

I love the look of this Steelbook. And the inside artwork is a great choice, it keeps in tone with the movie being action, but with some good humour too

Awesome artwork, just what I was hoping for. Where did they get that image? Looks like it was taken yesterday? Isn't it funny how a young Bruce Willis looks absolutely nothing like Joseph Gordon-Levitt in prosthetics?

The art work isn't new, it was used on the recent 25th anniversary anthology Boxset :)

Love the art on this one. Would be awesome if they embossed the bullet on the back.

Even better if they individually numbered the bullet. :scat:

I'm assuming it's meant to be a shotgun cartridge coming outwards toward the viewer. If it's the back end of a bullet going inwards, the shards of metal are bent in the wrong direction.

Liking this very much (though a bit of em/de bossing of the title would of been nice) - roll on order going live.

Interesting thought. Something to note is that while the "bullet" is blank on the steelbook image, it clearly has writing on it in the boxset image. Also, if you look at "Decoding Die Hard" page in the back of the book, it shows a bullet flying across the page. So I think this is bullet themed, and that the artist who created the image just didn't know what they were doing. Surprised it passed through everyone and got approved for such a large print item. (twice)

I think this took 'shoot the glass' a little too far. Plenty of time to hope for a better release elsewhere.
