Ok start listing the Disney classics you would like to see in steelbook (in the UK) that are NOT pixar titles.

Once this thread is big enough we will take the best options and run a poll to give "the powers that be" a better look at the numbers in regards to popularity.

I just want to make a suggestion that absolutely no re prints of the titles that came out at Best Buy and FS on either ironpack, VMB, or Steelbook.

Agreed. While I understand the want to have consistency and whatnot, and even just for the sake of availability, I'd like to see those that haven't gotten ANY steel release get priority before revisiting ones that have.

I can understand no reprints of Steelbooks but why the other two? Who wants a mismatch of metal packaging? Certainly not me. If Zavvi plan to release a lot of Disney titles, I want a matching set.

To protect the value for the collectors who dropped a lot on them. I don't want to see bambi get re printed.

Agreed. Obviously I'm fortunate enough to have the North American metal packaging releases, but it'd definitely be preferable to have releases of stuff NOBODY has rather than stuff that some people have. If any of them DO get a re-release, I'm voting for Beauty and the Beast, as it's the worst design.

The recent releases, Mulan and Hunchback would be great, as would Fantasia, Dumbo, Lady and the Tramp - all pretty big classics already out. But I'm guessing the ones which would make the most sense would be the ones due to come out in the future, like Little Mermaid and the Jungle Book.

I don't agree that no reprints should happen because of value of existing ones. I just think priority should be given to those that didn't get one yet simply in order to get all the classics out faster. Then I'll be happy to see them revisit ones that were already released.

Any Disney will do for me. Tarzan especially. I wouldn't mind the ones already released with different art.

What constitutes a reprint? Is it a re-release with the same artwork? I can totally get behind not wanting that, but I certainly would like to see a UK Bambi steel at some point in the future.
