It's fair game as it is allowed to get ONE copy per edition. I guess having a very fast internet connection and some strategy is an advantage.
Why have a need for more than one copy though? Especially when so many others that really just want one single copy can't even have that? It's greedy IMO.

And that's just with one site. If one played their cards shrewdly enough, one could obtain multiple copies through various sources.

For example, someone could get a reserved VIP 1 click. Then get another 1 click via the GB here plus 2 seperate copies plus then head over to the other site, pick up another 1 click there plus a further 2 more single copies! That's at least 13 copies that ONE person is entitled to get their hands alone........

Very fast internet and some 'strategy' or not, that's not right IMO. Blufans don't control the allocated copies fairly enough. In a situation like this, with such a low print run, the allocation should be a lot tighter. Even if it's just to check up on addresses. It will still sell out, but people would have a fairer chance.

I agree that one 1Click should be enough. But then there are some collectors never opening their editions and even don't want to open the 1Click box. They will need all the single editions, too for display... And of course then there some greedy ones.

The thing is why were they able to snag at least two copies and why can't you do the same? If some can get in on at least two GBs then why can't you do the same? I guess they wanted it more than you so they deserved to have it.

Instead of complaining, why didn't you do something about it?

It's not a question of right or wrong but are they allowed to do it? I think the situation presented itself and they exploited it.

Are you really complaining or just sour-graping? ;)

Because I didn't want two copies?

I've already secured my single copy. I'm not greedy......

What else am I supposed to do about it? I don't own Blufans. The problem lies with them if you ask me as they control the allocating.

Don't know why people feel the need to brag that they have Blufans VIP status, it's not exactly a feat that was hard to attain if you've got it in the past. Nor does it do anything but rub salt in the wounds of people who missed out here and on the other site.

I agree that it's not that hard a feat but it has become a necessity as we have seen in today's BluFans GB. I don't think they are bragging but it is like a sense of relief for them. Nothing wrong with that thing.

Instead of feeling bad, why don't you try to become a VIP so you know the feeling?

I don't believe wanting two copies is greedy, granting it is one copy of each edition. I wanted to get the 1-click to be able to get all the plastic collector cards but I have to save some money for Rogue One.

That right there is a disgraceful comment. Tell that to all those that missed out......

It is what it is, I am sure there will be other opportunities to get a copy. It's not the end of the world.

Some have missed out because they were using their phone. Really? I guess securing a copy is not a priority for them. Then they come to the forums to complain and blame other members.

@kryptonite

There are very few blufans releases that have either a quantity or demand issue that specifically requires the Blufans VIP perk to secure a release, the last one before this release I recall having so much demand was what, maybe Romeo and Juliet?

I wasn't aware I said something that gave the impression that I felt bad, why would I, I am a blufans vip, been on that list for over a year. I don't see the point though when and if I use it to secure a release to run back over here and post some crap like " x release secured, vip style".

Yes really. I only have a phone to order and use it for everything. So for some people a phone is the only option and getting this was a huge priority for me regardless of what I have use to obtain a copy

I said it in here before our GB that I don't want to see anyone who goes for a one click also go for single copies of the lenti and that goes for the other site too and to hear people have done that is harsh on people who might of just missed the list because the same person got their name down on multiple Gb threads over there and being greedy.

BluFans allowed the situation to happen and people will exploit it. These same people will do whatever it takes to secure multiple copies. It is just unfortunate.

Clearly the bold print is pointed at my post, correct? Just wondering, no malice intended trust me. And if I upset anyone here pm me please ;).

Looks like Kevin from the other site has mentioned that if you were successful in getting the one click your single requests will be deleted.

Because of a massive demand and an effort of trying to fit in more members on the group buy list, the members who have successfully scored the 1 click set ARE NOT ALLOWED to order any extra single editions. I am going to review the group buy lists and start to delete some of the additional requests next week.

spot on, people should only be allowed 1 imho. regardless of certain people saying its 'just life' shows i'm alright jack
everyone should get a fair crack of the whip regardless of how they choose to buy it, whether on phone laptop or whatever.
especially when print run is reduced from a normal amount.
its called play fair and be decent.
personally i would change the rules make it you can buy only 1 from a gb on limited runs.
across all forums to standardise it but thats just me and if you ordered more than 1 ALL you orders would be cancelled, that put a stop to it dead smart and send a clear message period.

Wow....just....wow! I've seen some shocking posts on this forum over the years but this goes right to the top of the list. Just because you are technically right doesn't mean you should post something like that. Shrugging your shoulders at, and even encouraging, hoarding multiple copies of a very hard to get edition is morally questionable. I'm sure that there are lot of members that tried desperately - and fairly - to get a single copy but could not due to the sheer overwhelming amount of demand. I'm guessing they won't be best pleased with your attitude.

And how does belittling a long term member like @BluSteel2012 help the situation. How did you even become a moderator? Aren't you guys supposed to be helpful, not talk to people like crap.

I too was shocked at kryptonites response and attitude. Especially for a MOD.

In all my time here I've not seen any negativity from him. Maybe he was having a bad day or something?

About time. It's only fair IMO.

I asked him about that yesterday over on the other site. He must have had some backlash of emails. Don't envy him.
