Hey guys,

Good news! Karel was able to secure 200 more copies for the GB so that makes it total of 499 for the entire GB.

Group buy thread will be re-opened tomorrow at 12 GMT (noon) / 2pm Czech time.

Get ready!

Thank you

@Apollon should this info above should be added to the op so others don't miss out???

cheers

OP has been updated: GB will re-open tomorrow around 12 PM GMT.

The time given is approximate, so please don't panic if we run a few minutes late to open it.

FYI, we're working on a possible scenario moving forward to give our community enough notice before opening a Film Arena group buy (for the lower print runs), however bear in mind, we all have lives outside of these forums and that may not always be feasible, so you are also expected to do your due diligence and that is to stay up to date by subscribing to the release thread(s) and checking periodically the OP(s).

We're happy to help when we can but you also need to help yourselves.

Thanks for your understanding!

BEST BET GANG is head over to the GB thread .

Hit watch thread subscribe to alerts WITH Email notification .

Then when your email hits overload with new replys from people then GB BACK OPEN :) .

indeed we have to remember also that being passive and not doing our due diligence is one of the reason some may miss Group Buys. As Apollon stated in his post, we need to be proactive and @Scary Hair mentioned we need to ''watch Thread'' and check for updates and filter out messages not relevant to us. If we are proactive and do our follow ups we won't miss a group buy, but if we don't come for days well we may just miss, not everything is handed on a silver platter as some expect.

The thing is Karel and Collector always Help when they can, but like digitalbabe mentioned also and we all have been there that no matter what people are trying to make everything perfect, there will ALWAYS be GB that we will miss for whatever reason. They try their best and also we have a responsibility in this as well, no matter how you want to put it, our world of collecting steelbook no matter how they will try to make it as easy and perfect as possible, there will always be some we will miss and that is reality. So we can't expect to make it at every time, they try their best but it will never be perfect.

That's a rather flawed explanation. In that it works for this group buy but people might think that would happen all the time.

The UK uses GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), but UK clocks go forward 1 hour at 1am on the last Sunday in March, and back 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October. The period when the clocks are 1 hour ahead is called British Summer Time (BST).

Also as I know many Americans don't like 'military' time (13:00 instead of 1pm) I think 12 noon is better than 12PM - as I know a lot of people that think 12PM is midnight.
