Whiplash didn't have one. As Above So Below etc......

AA,SB was their first ever release and they were still working out what to do with the product range/extras, I saw it mentioned elsewhere they didn't do one for Whiplash as they didn't feel it would fit the film - but I'm not sure if that's actually true or not.
Either way, I'm pretty sure this will have one.

I just PHYSICALLY checked My copy of DREDD French. The 3D disc is B ONLY.

Hmm, my apologies then, it was reported on the other site's region coding section as follows:

Region coding: Region A (confirmed), Region B (confirmed), Region C (untested)
Comment: Region A and B playback on the 3D disc only. 2D disc playback is Region B locked.

I guess they were just wrong somehow. @C.C. 95

3D disc is labeled B. And when I popped into my U.S. Player its said "incorrect region".

You are Correct, they didn't do one for WHIPLASH as they felt it would not work well with the release. They do not want to add bonus items just for the sake of it. Lenticular Magnet(which are fabulous from FA) are added to releases that they feel it will complement the release. Even if they would have started earlier, I think that the first four releases(AASB, TMR, DU and EQ) are just superb as they are. When they did Mockingjay part/1 it is when they added the Magnet Lenticular and ever since they add it when appropriate to the release.
