Not sure that's right actually. It DOES say "limited collectors edition" before it mentions foil - as do all FACs. Like this:

It's just the standard steelbook version with a Jcard or Info sheet
It's not a FAC release edition

Film Arena sell standard steelbook versions on it's own separate from the FAC releases
Most of the FAC releases have had a standard steelbook version
They list all standard steelbooks on the website as Steelbook™ Limited Collector's Edition + Gift Steelbook's™ foil
