My reply from The Hut isn't as 'positive' as some of the others and goes as follows:-

"Thank you for getting in touch about your order.
I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. I can confirm the keychains will be dispatched to you shortly. . ."

Not even posted yet :arghh:

It's all very strange !

I never even got a reply. [emoji22]
Sorry about that for you - that's even worse that getting a BS reply (n):banghead:

I mean, for crying out loud, how long does it take to pack and post two-and-a-half-thousand keychains ?
Unless there's one person doing this in a back office on an hourly minimum wage . . .

At least the replies received are not 'stock replies' and some are quite imaginative, but still . . .

Just had a reply this morning from Hut, apparently the keychain was posted on the 12/08/15 , which as we all now have realised is complete BS, as I would have had this by now .

Total incompetence as usual from The Hut Group of companies. I'm starting to think, I may give up and go back to standard releases, less stress, less faffing about with damaged steels being returned, and Amazon & others will get most of my hard earned money instead ,

Zavvi/Hut, you are on your last warning....

We've had members with as many different replies as a box of liquorice allsorts :-

(a) "I can confirm that due to an error this item was delayed" (11/8).

(b) "These were sent out on the 12/8/15. After looking into this further for you I can confirm that the key ring has been dispatched to you" (12/8).

(c) "Issues with our warehouse in regards to getting these dispatched. We aim to have these dispatched today or tomorrow" (19/8).

(d) "Due to an issue with our supplier the key chains are currently being sent out manually over the last few days" (19/9).

(e) "I can confirm the keychain will dispatched to you shortly" (on the 19/8).

(f) No replies at all.

(g) One dispatch confirmation to one member.

IMO the keychains should be arriving through members' letterboxes at the week-end or early next week and that is based on the most recent replies, though still slightly concerned at the lack of email dispatch notification but, according to a senior member here, that should not be expected for an item such as this.

The early replies would appear to be total BS as we would all have received them had they been posted on the 11th and 12th of August.

hi
likewise, I never got an answer from The Hut about the keychain, they totally ignore my sentences in my messages.
I think it's a kind of copy & paste message from "The Hut" & Zavvi, always the same thing, nothing personal ....
and also still not received the steel, it's definitly lost or stolen.
I'm pissed of because the only solution is a refund.

Just got a messge back after asking can they confirm mine has been sent and will I get a dispatch email .....

Thank you for getting in touch about your Key chain.

I can confirm that as these are being sent out manually there will be no dispatch email.

So still not sure if mine has been sent.
Getting sick of these jokers

It's not beyond the realms of possibility that some kind member here who has received a duplicate copy will help you out with a copy of this steelbook.

Your refund should not be a problem if you wait 21 days to claim it.

Sent out manually - what exactly does that mean, I wonder ?
Not using postal service ?
Delivered by hand by a Zavvi / The Hut employee ?
Delivered by carrier pigeon ?

Steve, the Saturday boy has been blamed for losing the key chains, even though he's adamant he didn't, but his punishment is having to single handedly Jiffy bag 2500 key chains and write the postal details on the packages by hand, he has then been supplied with an old shop bike with a rather fetching wicker basket on the front and he is touring the UK hand delivering the key chains. For the lucky few who are in when he arrives you will receive a personal apology.

Sounds good to me :)
I'll watch out for him on Saturday.
Although it would have saved poor old Steve's legs if Zavvi had asked if they could borrow Stewie's Time Machine and delivered the keychains before we'd even known they were missing.
