I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused for you.

After looking in to this further for you, I can confirm the key ring for the item Dredd 3D (Includes 2D Version) with Limited Edition Exclusive Numbered Keychain has now been dispatched to you.

If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Personally I think that person is not realizing the key chain is being dispatched separately and has just seen the Steelbook has been dispatched. I think I'll give them till Monday, then I'll be contacting them again.

Unfortunately there was an issue with this, the key chain is being sent separately.

All of the key chains will be sent out within the next 24 hours. Please allow up to 14 days for this to arrive, if it does not arrive with you by 04/09/2015 then please get back in touch then this matter will be investigated by the courier team.

So at least poor old 'Steve' will not be doing this job by himself after all
MInd you, I thought the idea of a courier company is to ensure that item arrive safely but equally importantly QUICKLY ?
So we will hopefully have a completed order almost one month after the release date

- Cops ZBOX - which I believe includes the Dredd badge - costs GBP 19.99.
- The same Dredd badge as a standalone item costs GBP 29.99.
I'm sure there's a plot somewhere but I think it must be well and truly lost

I know one thing for sure, If I don't get this sodding keyring within 1 week from today and they still have the giant dredd badge replica they seem to be chucking in free with everything and it's still avaliable I will be asking for that instead

BTW the new gold-plated Dredd badge is Sold out at a price of 70 quid + delivery.
The original badge that Zavvi is giving out as a freebie / added value item to the box is not available at Planet Replicas and only at Zavvi (though I believe the original price was GBP 19.99).

The Renegades box, though not for me, unless . . . , doesn't look like bad value NOW priced @ GBP 39.99 !

Sorry to p1ss on your parade but the Renegades box with the Iron Man steelbook is sold out. The Dredd badge will be instead of the steelbook, you won't get both.

Its only available for customer who order the Renegades Zbox and you have to choose to add the Dredd Badge to your order and involves a £5.00 deposit and its not done automatically when your order the Zbox so if you did not choose to order the Dredd Badge in your order you wont be getting it

Note its not an option for the Renegades Zbox/Iron Man Steelbook Combo

Just got my first response. From the hut, they say it was manually dispatched on the 19th Aug and should be with me by 3rd Sept!!!!

They seam to be giving out different responses to customers in regards to shipped dates for the keychain
I suspect its not Zavvi/Hut who is sending out the keychains but another company who is shipping out the keychains and actual when shipped details is getting confused or the supplier had delays in supping Zavvi/Hut the keychains for them to despatch to customers

It would though have been best if they had of sent an despatch email to customers and not left themselves and customers in the dark as to when they can expect delivery


Whoever gets delivery of the keychain first should give us an idea as to when they were actually shipped
The waiting and lack of proper communication to customers is annoying as it seams to be the supplier and Zavvi/Hut not providing each other accurate details
