Drive varies quite dramatically in price, both sealed or open.



I got mine in January brand new and sealed for less than £40 in an auction. It arrived 100% OCD sealed and mint although the seller left me no feedback as I think they were a bit upset it went for so little lol.

Yep I had a seller refuse a sale on the German 1st edition Sucker Punch. I won the bid at £33 and they knew that if they put it on the German Amazon they would get double that since it was new and sealed with replacement disc.

With Drive it's pot luck. I tried several auctions and always got shafted at the last minute. I tried again over Christmas and with people maybe busy with festivities and an end time of 4am I snagged one. If someone wants this then just try some auctions. I've been lucky on several steels and managed to get them far cheaper than what they often go for.

I paid $50 for my open copy. It's mint and in great shape. Like Dave said, I've seen prices for this all over the map.

I was watching the auction to see if I could get a second copy, but with 10 minutes remaining I let it go.

Don't really need it and that's when you shouldn't buy anything ;-)

I don't think people are trying to cash in because of Kimchi. Needless to say, this does not become a second rate steel, all of a sudden.

It's a simple, yet effective design. Beautiful... And always THE original drive steelbook.

I think it's one of those were it had 30 watchers that all thought "I will bid the last second" then forgot.

Anyhow, hope it fits the description. I bet the seller is pissed. Minus postage and seller fees he will have about £25. Ah well. Ran the risk and lost. You are the winner

Yeah, that happened to me lately, when I watched a german Death Race First Press steelbook, which in the end went for less than 20 Euro

Getting it for £30 is a steal, especially as there is an empty one currently at £26 with 8 hours left.

Mmm, received it today. Well packaged but I guess he didn't notice this on the front. Why do people list as like new when it obviously isn't. Especially sought after steelbooks that are priced high.
