That status will only change when it's been shipped out - I doubt HMV will put this back up, i think there's been too many complaints so they had to use some of their store allocation stock online.

I'd guess maybe they had cancellations or some orders not going through since they dispatched orders today. We'll find out shortly if they start dispatching these orders too.

It is pretty common for retailers to relist items because of credit card cancellations or bank declines or other situations like that.
