Too bad you guys don't have a region free Blu-ray player...I bought my U.K. Edition of Dumbo a few weeks ago from amazon UK and got a free Disney Blu-ray cause' of the BOGO sale they have going on right now.

shipping are flat rate just like amazon.de. My previous order for 10 copies was $25.86 each plus $15, so its $273.60 shipped or $27.36 each.
