That's exactly what I've been thinking about doing. I'm very much on the fence about some of these releases. I KNOW that I'll never really watch Dumbo or Tramp. So was going to cancel this week I think.
Now I've got a SHIPPED emailed for Dumbo. Managed to cancel my LatT though.

I'm a little cheesed off that they brought dispatch forward by so much. It seems more sneaky than it does helpful.

*UPDATE* Just got a Failed Cancellation mail on Lady & Tramp. *sigh*

This is just a piss take ZAVVI , just had payment problem for Dumbo & LATT !!
Well no notification of release date change and just after xmas my first monthly payday just gone ..... I DID NOT BUDGET FOR THE MONEY NEARLY 12DAYS EARLY YOU MUPPETS !!

If these cancel then you can shove all your pre orders up your arse , this is a shambles

I'm not having a go at you personally, but in general, it annoys me when people hurry to order an item that they will probably never watch and it goes out of stock. What is the point? "Oh, I've got a pretty box that is limited edition." Wow, well done. or, "oh the art looks crap, I'm canceling."

I missed out when this first popped up as I was on holiday and I get really annoyed by this. Don't order something just for the sake of it. Dumbo was my favourite as a kid and I badly want this to share with my kids. Sadly, it's sold out and judging by half of the comments, people won't even open it or put the disc in their BD player....

Rant over, sorry about that but I get so annoyed sometimes.

Thankfully I'm okay with this and Lady shipping early, really hoping Zavvi's remaining release for the 17th Monsters Inc doesn't go out early though. That'd be the one to cause issues as it's too much cash out in one go. Really, it is just bad business, they aren't gaining sales though it and it just spoils their reputation. Hopefully Monsters will hold as after that I think I'm fine should others move about too. Curious how Dumbo turns out, hopefully in hand it's good as I think this is one of the releases that runs most risk of looking bland
