It very simple Zavvi must at all times if a release date is changing they must inform the customer before payment is going to be taken

People should know these risks when ordering from Zavvi. Not everyone out there is Amazon!

I will be contacting Zavvi to fix this and have future orders if any release date changed all customers affected will be informed

Yep shockingly bad service. Looks like they received the steels and just decided to post them out, which while nice is still bad for those that didn't have funds ready.

but processed peter pan & tramp with no problem an hour later via paypal.

i even updated my account with a CC to fix the problem as their email said to,
but no it cant be done that way i was told by their customer service.
now ill have to find one ebay at a premium.
