@hatredhorror Come on man. I know everybody does not like the film, but so many do. And it's not called masterpiece all the time. I call it - for me it's something special as I love the books too. seen this millions of times and still love it. Special effects, that was cheap. People love even older sci-fi movies that this despite effects. No many care about rubber masks in Planet of the Apes original. Could list many titles here.

So. If it's not your cup of tea. Leave it.

My only complain so far is no notice what cut is included.

Cheers !

I'm glad Arrow is releasing so many steelbooks, but I do wish they had skipped this and given it to something else.

This movie is terrible but I guess they want to cash in on the new film.

Why do people who like a movie get so butt hurt by the opinion of people who don't like the movie

Neither of you have to "leave it"

We can be as negative or positive as we want

Hey Fonz. I was butthurt ? Who's butthurt here truly ? He was kidding. As was I. Did not happen to see my  You Fonz should know what it means. So sit on it & have a sip of shut up. Ok ?

When I finished reading the first book, I watched the movie immediately and felt disappointed.
Later i watched Jodorowsky’s Dune, that was some truly amazing experience.

Haven't watch it yet. But must see for sure. Is there a cool release to own ?

So exactly what I hoped wouldn't happen has all but been confirmed as happening.
Zavvi buy Arrow & all the best artwork now gets put on deluxe steelbook releases, forcing you to buy a steelbook you don't want to get better artwork.

About other cuts (from Arrow Twitter) : Also just to pre-empt a couple of questions: it’s eleven deleted scenes, not thirteen (a mistake that should be corrected); no Extended Cut as it’s officially withdrawn from distribution in the USA (obviously we would if we could).

I deduct 25 points for the lack of ambition using the same image on the 'deluxe' rigid box as the 'standard' release. Otherwise, yes, good.

I personally like limited edition art better and don't feel forced to buy that edition. And I don't. I buy edition has the most amount stuff.
