My guess is that except for the colors it will be the same as the other editions .

The back is definitely a paper insert
You can clearly see a slight variance in dark blue @ the bottom

Whoa, the art goes so much better with blue. Wishing I hadn't gone for the UK edition now. Looking at this makes the silver finish look much more plain than it already is.

We (gladly) have so many Forrests in Germany, they had to include some on the Frontcover
