What's the metal sticker? They have a pic on Facebook ? Is the Korean writing on the 1/4 slip metal?

I know, right? I thought that was funny. Its like hey guys, if you weren't going to buy it before we added a metal sticker. Its not the number sticker, or the Nova choice number sticker. Its just some random sticker that says Novamedia. It just seems kind of odd.

It's not a total deal breaker for me but it would be perfect without it! If Japan was getting Spot Gloss that would be it for me. They said that Spot Gloss is exclusive to Korea but is the Quarter Slip a Novamedia Exclusive only?

Actually Nova stated that spot gloss was exclusive for the WWA, technically AYNIK will be a unique title so could well be glossed, as could the German 2D only release.

I hate those months where your back is against the wall and you can't just dip in what you want, but I would say for this release, Going with the Nova Choice is a good call... they will have a 1/4 slip that will blends perfectly in the steelbook with the bonus stuff so you can't go wrong. I got myself the Taiwan Release also(I am a Taiwan Crazy lover for their releases), but I find that this Nova Choice is really similar to a release that Taiwan would put out(a 1/4 slip that blends well in the steelbook like they have done with CA2 which was stunning)... I was buying the FS releases of Thor 2 and Ca2 also but i am noticing I don't know if it was just Marvel as Divergent FS was superb, but the Marvel Thor 2 and CA2 FS weren't something amazing, qualiity could be better. I don't know about Target's Quality in terms of steels, if they have their own exclusive but I also wanted the Nova Media or simply the Korea since it's the same steelbook worldwide (except North America when they do exclusive the finishes sometimes aren't that great). Basically, I am talking too much but it's just to let you know if you have decided to chose a Nova Media Choice For Edge Of Tomorrow you can't go wrong.
It's true that I cant go wrong with the NM release. But I saw someone post pics of the Target release with matte finish, and I may settle for that instead. When I weigh the cost vs what im getting; its cheaper + easier to get. If I cannot find stock, then I'll buy the regular Korean version (which also has partial gloss). The 1/4 slip looks amazing but I'm not a collector of 1/4 slips myself so I cant justify the price I'll be paying. The only thing that I like about the NM release is the partial gloss, but even that's not strictly exclusive to NM. So the only thing left are the postcards and artcards. Well, I guess that's one more copy for you guys :p

HAHAHA I would be happy if you'd get one if you wanted one, but I understand what you say, myself I also love Matte Finishes on some releases, but true that the Korean version is WWA so the non-nova choice and the Nova Choice are the same exact steelbook, you just pay more for that 1/4 slip and the bonus stuff for the Nova Choice...
I just hope you get the best version for you, after all we collect for ourselves, for what makes US happy, not because it's an exclusive release for example I have passed on exclusive release because I was not interested in the steel or the money for it...but it has to do also at how much we love the movie and what type of collector we are.

Are you talking about NM steel? Cuz if so, you think its gonna sellout that fast? I don't think NM's release will sellout that fast. And yea, I completely agree with you about collecting. But I wanted to support NM plus I want this movie, so I was interested in buying it from them, but I do feel they took a step back from Cap 2 with this release. Since I've got alternatives now, I'm having a change of heart. Hopefully, I don't end up feeling the same way about their exclusive line.

True for CA2 they did a Lenti which is different from the 1/4 slip for Edge Of Tomorrow which is weird as both releases are Nova Choice line.
From all the releases with this movie and what I'm feeling is that it won't sell out that fast, but it's just my opinion, it would have sell out fast if they would have done a lenti like CA2. with this nova choice I will have 7 different versions of that release, so there is a lot of choice out there and for every wallet. I'm not even including North America releases in that number. Like I said, I do expect Server issue, as they have mentioned it in the Drive thread that they were still having server issue so I am not expecting to just log in and get out... I think I'll probably have to wait a little while and try again. I am not gonna spend 2h refreshing the page if there is issue just to get a nova choice.

It is indeed, just doubled check the time online, thanks again for the confirmation mate. Want 1 badly but looks like I won't be able to preorder at launch time as I'd be in a gig until 3;30am, crap!!
