I didn't realize it when I bought this that it only has DTS 3.1 and on top of that it's codec is only Mpeg 2. I'm a little disappointed. Oh well at least the steelbook looks awesome.

Oh really? I did not know that until I ready your post. That is a major bummer. Looks like the US edition is 4.1, not much better. I agree that does kind of suck but yeah, the steel is absolutely beautiful. Just opened mine over the weekend and a top job was done with this steel.

It's only spot gloss, it's not full glossy.

So, you hate it when they make Steels that cater to other people's preferences? You know, they make plenty of Steelbooks. It's nice when other collectors are able to get something they really like even if I don't care for it. There will be others.
