Because a movie hasn't been in theaters for a while doesnt mean everyone has seen it. My schedule makes it difficult for me to get to the theater, so almost everything I watch is on Blu Ray. Thankfully I'm use to people giving up movie info online so I read with spoiler anticipation and thus was spared.

Looking forward to seeing this!

This was my first steelbook purchase in person, found out about it while watching an unboxing of it on youtube lol. I went to target that day before work and picked it up on the 30th. Opened it up when I got home and the front cover is really awesome, then I had to take off the j-card on the back..it was glued to it. After taking it off I could see a ton of scratches, little ones all over the back :(

Needless to say the next day I went back to target and found they either sold out or got rid of the 15 they had the previous day, so I couldn't exchange it :\ oh well, I still love the cover art of an awesome movie :)

I pre-ordered mine. Target shipped it in one of those paper mailers (no protection, no bubble) and as soon as I got it I was worried. I got lucky and got a perfect copy, not a ding scratch or any paint missing. I was amazed considering how it was shipped.

It is too bad it was not glossed. I can see this paint job coming off real easy.

So does that make it quite possibly the only one in the world , ooooo bet that's added and extra £2 to its value when the lacquer cost near £5 lol

Hey Howie I love what you did there. If you dont mind would can you post more pics of your work. And maybe a little tutorial on your method if you dont mind sharing :D

It's not hard. If you have never done it, a little goes a long way.

Just don't go over board to try and get it perfect as too much or retouching will cause flaws.

I agree as well looks like a nice job! Have a few steels I would not mind trying it on. Like this one and my walking dead and a few other US releases ....
