yes, there's two versions: the one with the red "FSK18" sticker is the one you should avoid (cut version).

the uncut version might also have another red sticker on the front (18+ rating from switzerland for example, if it's imported from cede.de/at/ch), but has the black and white SPIO/JK rating on the back.

By the way, the uncut steelbook is also available at saturn austria, but for 24.99 euro. They had around 10 left at the store. And i just bought the very last copy at my local mueller store for 19.99.
