When it was on for 16.99 last week it translated to 24.99euro, however, now the 17.99 are 22.99euro, so the price actually went down for these outside the UK.

The value of the € as opposed to the £ decreased.

But dammit, why no Place Beyond The Pines steelbook? They've updated the artwork for the amaray but still no news on whether they're gonna go with a steelbook...doesn't look likely.
