OMG! Where did you get this?!? :) May I ask how much was that "reasonable price"?

I desperately want this "product", but ebay sellers are f***ing greedy and.. you know the situation! :/

If anyone know where I can get it for a "REASONABLE PRICE", please let me know, immediately!

Thanks! :)
I'm curious to know what a reasonable price for this is also.......

HDN can't control what people sell on eBay, nor can we control what retailers choose to do about those sellers. Such comments/concerns should be passed on to the retailer directly. Thanks! :)

Agree.

In fairness, if someone lists one on eBay for €1 and it ends up selling for €120, it's hardly the sellers fault.

It could just as easy go the other way with an auction.

If it sells for 120€ in an auction then its value is 120€ even if its rrp was 10€..

I wouldnt expect anyone to sell it for less and pass on a nice profit..

So a reasonable price to me was what it would go for on an ebay auction minus fees minus x

You are WRONG!!! - Those people, sellers are greedy and DO NOT care them the "real value" of soomething!!!

You are blind if you do not see that. - Maybe somebody blind and has enough money to able to buy an overpriced stuff, but I am not, just like most of the people either!

If you get fired, the police knocking on your door, you are in any kind of trouble, that's ok, otherwise is NOT and pretty DISGUSTING to do something like this! :(

Last time in the german Blu-Ray Forum someone was willing to pay 150 € because he wanted this so much. And I, as an Owner of this Edition, had to think more than twice to sell my copy or not.
I didn't sell it. But for second i was weak to do it.

But I know. That someone Sold him a copy for this price.

Honestly anything over I would say 80-120shipped becomes to the market of scalping with facs. 120 being the highest if you bought directly and had to pay for there high shipping costs. Which would put this 2 times what someone paid for it to start I think that honestly is fair price. Anything more becomes the territory people just wanting to be greedy and trying to rip off other collectors because they missed out for what ever reason. Unfortunately this won't change no matter what happens because people are greedy by nature. And us collectors will continue to buy them at the high prices people ask if we truly want them.

Ex Machina price was €42.52 with Karel GB and this includes shipping cost

CZK to UK pounds based on todays exchange rate
UK price was £33.00 including shipping
Price excluding shipping is £25.00
Exchange rate when released cost was less

You have shipping cost as a extra when using ebay or trade so any price including shipping that is over £50.00 is scalping

I just bought this for a tad less than 28€ with shipping without all the extras (steelbook only - I'm only into steelbooks, no extras needed).
I think it's a good price considering the alternative which is amazon.fr 25€ with shipping and I usually get demolished steelbooks from them.

You can't really compare that with this though as it's not as limited as this FAC release.

People will want complete FAC collectiosn or FAC titles they may have missed first time around. Makes it more desirable/wanted than the regular release. Especially as they are numbered.

Sounds about right I paid 38 is for this from Gb shipping was another 25 that was4 editions but will let it be with just this one makes about 60 us. On release and that's about how much most are from Carl with exchange rates now they have crept up a bit more. So for me making a profit is fine since but going for 3xs or more than original is scalping double is what you should pay on the secondary market no more just like with anything if you miss out expect to pay more but people trying to get 3times or more for it is just trying to rip people off. As we can't say these collectibles don't gain value that's why I said 80-120 us is an acceptable price. It's about the value of these on a secondary market however scalpers run it up even higher unfortunately because they just want to get as much for them as they can from true collectors. I personally wouldn't sell any edition for more than twice I paid for it just makes me feel wrong as I am not trying to make awhile bunch of money but I should also not only get what I paid for something I've collected.

I know there are differences but I just wanted to point out how much I paid for steelbook alone so people can compare it to prices of FAC release.

I seem to recall this GB coming out the blue (to me at the time anyway) and I debated whether to sign up but I'm so glad I did... One of the earlier FAC's that fetches silly money on the secondary market. The slip and WWA steel is awesome too :D

Its funny that if you wait long enough or search enough posts that eventually the scalper issue comes back out. I've refrained from posting anything before so here goes. I get that collectors want to get items at what they feel are "fair" values, but that is not how society goes. The fact that some of these steels have been released years ago and are in short supply and obviously no longer available makes them valuable. You don't see car collectors going out and saying, well i want a mint condition 1969 shelby cobra but i only think you should sell it for twice what you paid for it. Ridiculous!. And the people that are complaining that scalpers are marking their products up too high....what about the titles that they bought and they end up selling at a loss because nobody wants them. It's basic business, sometimes you make money, sometimes you lose money, but in the end you hope that you make a little more than you lose. Nobody here seems to crucify the guy here that gets that great deal on ebay? Who writes a post saying that that buyer took advantage of that seller? It's always easy to judge from one side of the fence. I was just negotiating with someone about selling 8 steels. I was asking my cost to get them (not even including the shipping) plus 25 bucks of "profit" + actual shipping costs to the buyer. When paypal fees are done i would be making a whopping maybe 2.75 per steel for my time. Some of the titles were selling for more than original price on the bay, but i figured help a guy out and average it out to break even'ish. But nope, he offered less than my original cost and is now looking on groups for "reasonable prices". So in short, if you are so quick to call one side out, why don't you call out the other?
