The German one looks identical to this, so wouldn't this be the other 2000? It was actually cheaper to get from Amazom.de 30.00 US shipped. Zavvi would have been like 35.00 US

Thanks just saw but compared pricing and similar...but indeed getting the .de version might be an option...

what others think, is it worth of a steel (despite the beauty of it), for the film ? as @psychoscot posted looks like my type of movie, reminds me a bit from pics I saw, The Signal ??? any similarities to the same type of movies, B-sci-fi movie ?

Thanks so much for all that info, from what you said movie looks interesting and steel is also awesome... but Zavvi not being my first choice as a retailer I think I will take my chances and see where the other 2000 goes, you are right it has to be a shared print run. in any case if I don't see it popping up anywhere which I doubt as you have stated, I'll keep a close eye to zavvi.

I just ordered the german version, I like german writing on back j-card...don't get many .de but this release somehow seems like it would go well with german back j-card... in any case I have time to cancel my order as no release date set yet... so if ever I see some other country I prefer I will just cancel the .de

In any case I will follow and if I have a change of heart I will let you know, but being extra OCD always scared of ordering zavvi

I already said it but I think it would be perfect with a title on the front. Still fantastic though.

I notice a lot of WWA steels are titleless front Artwork, but title is on Spine I think it actually looks nicer with title on front of steel. It is such a stunning steel design.

I went to see Ex Machina on theatre and absolutely loved it. It's the movie of the year for me and same can be said about the steelbook.

Not exactly. About 1 in 5 for me arrives damaged because they usually ship in a cardboard envelope. They ALWAYS issue a refund with no hassle when that happens. To me it's worth the risk since I hate Zavvi

Edit: MrBmt corrected me. It's Amazon France that is the problem. Amazon Germany DOES ship in boxes.....I still hate Zavvi

Of all the Amazon websites, I've found the UK and German ones use specalised Steelbook packaging, whereas any orders I've placed with the Spanish, French and Italian ones have always turned up in the cardboard A1 Mailers.

As it's on sale with Amazon Germany, chances are it'll be sent out in the specialised Steelbook packaging
