Yes, the UK set is cheaper (comes to $39.50 shipped to the US). The only differences are the UK set has rating logos on the set whereas the US set doesn't, and the packaging looks slightly different on the US set.

The packaging on the USA edition is MUCH nicer btw. I dont own either, but I've seen both.
