No tribute video on the disc or at least one that I could find.

The tribute video is available only as a download special so your player needs to be connected online and I suspect it is only available for US players and discs. No tribute video when playing the KR or TW release on the same player.

Its probably not live yet as they have not quoted the £10 discount to bring it in line with the other us steels. When this does go live on zavvi I am gonna be all over it!!!!!

Not exactly. I've seen a copy at Target recently, but I haven't seen that many out and about.

Amazon.com is not selling them directly any longer, only third party.
Walmart.com has it listed but you can't buy it online.

The print run may have been large but we're talking months since this was released and it's not that easy to find in a store any longer.
