I was browsing Zavvi today and came across this steelbook. I heard about the movie a while ago and was going to look for it cheap on blu-ray, but this steelbook is fantastic!

The artwork alone is worth the purchase, but any idea whether it will be region locked or not? I'm not familiar with which companies usually region lock or not and I'd rather not have to seek out a region A disc.

just checked amazon,it's lionsgate mate so more then likely locked.

BTW guys if the slipcover is anything to go by the yellow on this is going to glow quite vibrantly...could make for an awesome steelbook if done right.

Not a fan of Irvine Welsh myself so avoided the film but heard from others it's good.

If this is a gloss finish, could this be as desirable as Riddick, Rush etc do we think?!
gloss finish doesnt just mean it's going to be oop then stupid expensive, the goonies and the prestige have very nice glossy and embossed finishes and they are still in stock and cheap.
