Yes, it is. Also very pleased with the black matte finish. One of the best matte finishes I've seen in a long time. The light actually reflects a bit like a gloss finish and streaks are not present.

I think they've changed the ink in the inkjet printer guys

Its Navy Blue
But it also looks pure Black at times depending on the Light

The fluorescent Yellow changes the Colour depending how you look at it
It will Look Navy Blue then it can look Black
