I got hosed out of a RZ cert the other day - they cancelled my order and only returned one of them to my account.

I just don't understand how they can be this inept.

Email them through the RZ site. They will correct it for you. I found RZ's CS to be much better than BB's overall general CS.

This is probably the reason we can't get 25 points anymore.

lol, only started this when 10 points were the norm, without 2 fb accounts, imo it makes this a waste of time. Yes, free is free to get ONE $5 off at the end of the month, but come on, this is more of a hassle then it should be. Half the times, the site is broken, the build your on thing keeps getting pushed back and that will probably drop in points too, so i compensated... i don't see a problem in that

To each his own. I am just grateful for the 10 points. I don't find it that strenuous to get the 10 points daily. I just hope it does not ruin it for the rest of us. IMO

and i see your point and i honestly agree, but what i also see is bb trying to draw a bigger audience into their stores with these polls because their already losing so much money and will soon transition into mobile stores to keep afloat.

BB started realizing that 25 points is TOO MUCH free money and thats why they lowered it and pushed everything else back

BBY is trying to change their CS strategy. I find their CS has improved greatly over the last six months. And as long as they want to continue to supply us with exclusives, I will support them, with or without "FREE" money.

Yeah, it really comes down to you whether you'd like to visit the page every day, and or/how often you actually shop at Best Buy. Just enjoy it guys-every retailer has certain strategies to drive consumer traffic, whether it's freebies, giveaways, and or simply wanting to get feedback on preferences so that they can tailor their offers/displays, and emphasis in store or online. I've enjoyed my points and used them on orders for upcoming items. Hope you are, too!

I'll still take the 20 points. It's like Best Buy giving you a $5 gift card every 2 weeks. It definitely adds up and it takes essentially 0 effort.
