Free Record Shop / FRS [Netherlands]

As there was no thread for the Free Record Shop, I took the liberty to do so.

The Free Record Shop was on the verge of going bankrupt this spring/summer.
They were able to continue their business as they were acquired by some company.

Today the news came out that they are still struggling and are not able to reach the targets they wanted/needed.
So ... now they called for help to HMV as they have a lot of expertise in this business. I wander what will happen or what we will see in the future.

I have to say that I liked this store a lot before, but I feel it's getting worse since this summer.

It is getting worse, their online store is not even in their hands. Prices are very high when you compare it to others. Multimedia is pretty risky business in the Netherlands cause the webshops from England and abroad have much lower prices....

A ps4 game costs 70 euros on their site, while I ordered the same game in Canada for 43 euros. Their customers are the generation which downloads music, movies and series.... and mostly buy their products elsewhere...

It's gonna be tough for them.
