I can't believe I missed them being on sale again

ive given up on the zavvi one now, even though they are probably sitting on a few hundred copies.

i ordered the frozen steelbook from JB HI-FI instead.

the only difference is there is no 3D. And its not marketed as part of the 'disney steelbook collection'.

Unbelievable. Then again I was not notified and I follow eBay a lot and not once did they pop up when searching for latest steelbook listings. I still find it hard to believe this unconfirmed print run could sell out so fast and have no remaining copies. Could've been 4000 or more made.

Cos other people value it higher than I do, I will be happy with the 2D only JB HiFi version so will then trade my Zavvi version including 3D for something I want more

Me neither! But I have more 3D films than some people I know that actually have a 3D TV! lol

3DTV's are hardly around my parts anymore. They used to be around 80% of all new big flat panels at my local Costco or Sams Club. Now I am lucky if I see 1 at either of them. I saw a 80 inch flat panel yesterday and no 3D builit in. I feel sorry for the tv manufactures. There is no reason to upgrade your flat panel until it dies IMO if you have 1080P.

Prices on big screens have collapsed in the last decade. I paid $3000 for my 60 inch rear projection 720 P in 2005. Now I can get a 80 inch flat screen for $2500.

The spine on this always bugged me, so I finally did something about it!

Got my buddy who works at a decal shop to make me a little something... I'm totally loving this steel now. It changes everything and looks great in my collection on my shelf.

Yep, absolutely! I'd buy one for sure - hate titleless spines!

My dad, does car vinyls so I've ask him to make me some for my title less spines, but didn't have any but will once after earth and white house down turn up. Now this is one steelbook i missed but could do with getting for the mrs.

I have the 1/4 slip Kimchi exclusive that uses this steel and it is absolutely beautiful... bought the taiwanese Amaray to watch it as I didn't want to open a Kimchi but the Amaray has a killer slip(first press with transparent snowflake slip) so I'll wait for Frozen Blufans to open a copy and watch the movie
