Well .... after a few weeks of waiting mine turned up in the post yesterday after being dispatched ages ago ... i wonder where the hell it's been !!! but did get a refund on a lost steelbook .. so a bonus i guess

you would contact them so they can get paid for the Steelbook.

I think with all the surpurb work the do you should tell them you
did recieve it and that you would like for them to charge you ...
