The same thing happened to me. I updated my payment information, only for them to email me some bullcrap story about the fact I had paid with Paypal (I didn't) and that they couldn't just re-process my order - I had to cancel and re-order. It was then dispatched the same day. (that was Thursday).

I can't see this on Zavvi when you search for Frozen, but the link in OP still works, but this looks to have now sold out - glad I re-ordered it when I did!

Had this arrive this morning, I'm liking it more in hand but the lack of title on the spine still grates on me! At least the slip is nice though, my daughter won't care about the lack of title though whilst she's singing along!
