Seems like the factory seal was cut with a knife and thus made a scratch so have dropped JB a message, probably wont risk replacing it, so I guess I'll just have to suck it up.

You should receive yours soon, it was very well packed enclosed in two layers of bubble wrap

i wasnt in and got a post office notice saying they have an international parcel that needs a signature.

i know its frozen. now i just wonder if that signature comes with a customs fee :/

If you had to pay a customs fee, it would on the card so it looks like you got lucky

Happy to report I received the Frozen steelbooks I ordered in good condition. They were shipped in a box because I ordered more than 1 item and no dents or scratches. One of the steels did have a loose disc inside but since I'm going to open it, does not matter to me.

Hi mate, yeah my copy came through... I've not opened it yet to check it's totally mint - really should get on with that! Lol But the front had a small finger nail size tear but luckily no scratches, or visible dents!

Yes, except there's no 3D version and the j-card is different. Steelbook design is the same.
