I'll steal this one from my wife, but shes a nurse and in the hospital a couple weeks ago she ran into a female doctor name Dr. Maniboob...

and its pronounced like its spelled...

There's a Harry Bird that lives in my hometown, lol, and I used to work with a guy named Jeremy Beaton-Johnson. I mean honestly, wouldn't you think that over before you hyphenated your name?

I was at the beach a few years ago and was listening to some local radio station on the way to the store. No joke, the DJ came on and said his name was Harry Dangler, he didn't laugh or anything. Like his name was normal or something.....

We didn't stop laughing for a good ten minutes!

My mother is a school teacher though in Houston ... and she has one that takes the cake.
