Yep the film looks good but the Steel is priced too high. It needs to drop a fair bit.

Postage for 1 Steel from Amazon.de is VERY reasonable these days, somewhere around 3 or 4 EUR. Can't even buy one from the next state and have it shipped for less than that!

I didn't realize it was that cheap thanks, only ordered steelbooks from canada before and that was a pain in the arse. Anyone know how many copies of this are being made? I'm only going to get it its going to increase in value

It was an awesome action flick, 100 times better than Die hard 5!!!

I really enjoyed this film. Sean Penn's performance was by far the best... I like Ryan Gosling, but I felt he walked it, and Emma Stone didn't have half as much screen time as I'd hoped. I look forward to seeing it again anyway, and hopefully the steelbook ends up being worth the money!

Pre ordered this. Seeing as its Warner and the Korean hobbit was just a plain old back paper.

I actually thought the movie was an average, at best. Acting is great (great cast), but the story line is fairly weak, IMO. It started out awesome, but really flattened out 30 minutes into the film.

The steel is way overpriced, I think. My guess is the price will drop by quite a bit.

I wonder what the inside looks like though.

Was hoping for Uk release too, just noticed the German text "UND SEAN PENN ALS MICKEY COHEN" think I can live with that though as long as it's got a clean back.

The price has to come down too, I know its a new release but 29 eur for a 1 disc release is a bit much.

It's a german release = big print run, nothing like zavvi (limited to 4000)
The movie wasn't a box office success and received bad reviews.
Means it isn't really popular in germany and besides hardcore collectors nobody will pay this price. And many collectors will wait til release day to see actual pics of the steelbook because of the possibilty of printed back...

Besides you can always check the stock level on amazon. If it's below 100 you can still order it

It will decrease in price when amazon realizes that nobody buys it for this price, maybe even before release day
