So disappointed with the matte on this steel.

Got a copy, mint from what I could tell before opening...all the way from Europe, only to end up with a nice spot of missing paint on the back with a scratch - all hidden, of course by the paper slip.

Gah, the QC issues with matte...makes me so frustrated.

OK folks, I need your help on this. Does anyone know FOR SURE whether this is Region B locked or Region Free?

I know most Warners are Region Free, but the Collection Mgr states Region B. I think the listing on Amazon DE used to say Region B, but they removed it. I have read all 16 pages and see no confirmations.... just a little talk of it maybe being Region B. Any help is appreciated.

Based on listings on eBay and seeing the back of the steel and the J card, there is no indication of any region and this normally means it is Region Free.
