This is the exclusive Steelbook from DVDstore.it

The cost of the steelbook including all fees will be 17-18 Euros depending on the amount of members and shipping cost from ITALY to me.

Since I have a very good connection to the store , they tend to ship these ASAP and delivery to me is within 2 working days thereafter.

Shipping cost to you would be 6,50 Euros and this title can be sent with others to save you on shipping.

Take care
John

I can't understand why dvdstore.it didn't send you a warning mail giving us the chance to cancel this "monstruosity", as they state in their fbook page to have done with all their clients.

I'll keep my word of course, but just wanted to point out the unprofessional behaviour of this shop after the false advertising. First and last time I order anything from the italian guys of dvdstore.

It looks that we will finally have a true "abnormal" edition in our hands.

Being that I will make the place of Marco (DVD-Store) wanted to inform all those who think they have been deceived is not the case.
I was the first to ask Marco why he had not informed John of the thing (being that everyone here have begun to cancel) and I can confirm that Marco has informed John and all the other buyers who bought on the site.
That the email has arrived or not, someone forgot to tell John is all there, but we do not say that DVD-Store is clever by sending the stickerbox without notice.
Throughout Italy the only store that I would trust all my money is dvd-store and I'm not the only one to say it.
If we talk about other sites, amazon.it, dvd.it so I can make a list of everything combined, but Marco is a serious and do not play customers for twenty BD.
I hope your insinuations go to the real culprit is that FOX, who had secured a world exclusive (for the film) and it did not happen (see steel Zavvi) and the fact that they sent to Marco stickerbox and this' last found out by opening the package.

I don't see where someone would think that DVD -Store is trying to deceive anyone . I was told by email that these are stickerbooks and if I don't want them then I don't have to purchase , is exactly what I did .

No one is blaming anyone here. We are aware that sometimes the Retailer has no control over this situation.

Thanks and please continue the discussion in the REtailer area.

Thanks a lot
John
