This was Emerald City Comic Con exclusive by Mondo so probably it sold out there. But eBay will have it on their website

it seems the guy unspent my money. my order was cancelled because the item 'was damaged'

so literally almost 24 hours after the purchase, I was refunded my money, no explanation other than was "damaged". Several messages later wherein I asked to see a photo of the damage so we could maybe work a deal. I got this response
"Hey man sorry today has been pure hell. The poster is destroyed. While I was getting ready to wrap it up my girlfriend let my dog in the room while was getting tube ready and she pounced on it, she clawed it n to top it off she was wet from.a bath n just sat and laying down on it. It's worthless now! I'm so freaking sorry! I wanted to get yout refund immediately and so while did it earlier and I went to sleep before work pissed off. So sorry I went dark. I'm just still really pissed"
Do we buy this? I would love to see one photo of this. Apparently this dog really has an eye for this print which was within reach and happened to be soaking wet!

I suppose it depends on the price you paid for it. @mllNY
I think the story sounds suspect and would expect to be an excuse if you had paid under the value.
Though if you paid a lot for it, then it wouldn't make a lot sense for him to renege on a deal.
It sucks either way, but at least you've not lost any money!

Actually Mondo didn't sell out of it, was a healthy run. Should go up soon

lets put it this way, I paid fair value for it, no one is paying the prices you see in the current listings on ebay. The current unsold listings have been unsold for a while because the price is too high, if you look at the completed listings I paid around what the last item sold for and not much less. So yes it makes no sense for the person to reneg, at the same time, send me one photo of this 'damage' just one
