what happened was people got too excited and hyped it up too much and where expecting too much

Well to be honest the studio started all this, with the Sapphire Series representing the highest quality of video and blah blah blah...

Ok it's good that they are trying to bring the best films and give them the best possible video transfer, but if they already hyped it and then come short people will complain.
