Spine reminds me of the "Salt" steelbook spine. I like the back...feel the front could have a little more to it, but it's not horrible.

Unless the shot was from behind her, that wouldn't make sense. When she detached from the wreckage her trajectory was heading away from earth, not towards it.

It's the idea of floating away into nothingness that makes the situation frightening. And the front cover captures this exactly as the movie intended.

She was spinning around so some shots had the earth in full frame right behind her.

I think that shot of her floating away into space is perfect for the back - kinda of like the aftermath of the disaster of which is conveyed on the front of the German/UK. It looks like they will use that for the back on those releases but the shot they use is much smaller or further away from the camera (depending how you look at it) so she looks even deeper in the ****

It is AWESOME! Fave movie of 2013. Beautiful score,visuals incredible acting and the best 3D on a movie i have ever seen. Better then avatar. 3D is a must for gravity,honestly i feel sorry for you because i doubt (unless you have an awesome home cinema) that the experience at home will be the same. I watched it at the IMAX and it was amazing.

I had a lot of reservations about seeing this movie. I mean, 2 hours of one or two people floating in space? Didn't think it was for me. However, I watched it a week or so ago and was totally proven wrong. It was only about an hour and a half (which I think served the move well) and was really intense almost the whole way through. DEFINITELY see this movie!

And I'm with you on this one Pearse...I LOVE the design. Suits this movie PERFECTLY! If I were you, I would DEFINITELY cancel and go with Blufans!!!
