I was up for this about 6 months ago. Since then I've lost interest. Plus I'm more than happy with my Japanese slip box using the same art work.

Blu Fans take waaaaaaay too long with the development of their titles. From the time they are announced to the time we get a finished product can take anything from 6 months to a year if we're lucky.

The post above hit the nail on the head-loss of interest. The film will be old news by the time it gets released and the other Steelbook versions will be available in the bargain bins!! I can understand some titles hitting delays along the way, but with Blu Fans it seems to be EVERY release. What was the last Blu Fans Steelbook? I've forgotten now!!!!! I thought this had been released already weeks ago.

With so many Steelbooks flooding the markets they can't afford to get too far behind. Maybe they shouldn't announce them so early?

Me too!! Have the French Digipack and the Taiwan slip cover version. But would love a decent steel for this with a gloss finish and minus the 3D plastered all over the artwork....

Blufans is my last hope for a great version...IMO

Some Steelbooks have both the 2D and 3D. Which is fine for me, but I just think the '3D' text on any steelbook ruins it, even if a 3D disc is included.

Yes. The GB thread won't be created until the steel is a go. Their international store may even be up and running by the time this steel is released. That is, if it's approved.
