The only opinion you should care about is YOUR OWN!! As that is all that matters like the Lone Ranger that got crap reviews I honestly loved the movie it all depends on the person!!

There is always gonna be hate and love for movies regardless!!

Sheesh. I strongly disagree with the whole "The only opinion you should care about is your own". Isn't that why we have film critics and such? Obviously, I have no opinion of this film seeing as how I've never seen it, like I said previously.

There's no need for people to judge one other's tastes for not appreciating a film a vast majority enjoyed. I was merely sticking up for one poster who claimed to dislike the film but was told how revolutionary it was by another poster. I just don't see how saying that is going to make that person change their mind is all.

Anyway, I won't blabber on endlessly. Back onto the steelbook. :D

What I'm trying to say is if you liked a movie that's your opinion and it shouldn't matter what critics or anyone else says because you enjoyed that movie and thats all that matters not what others think!!

Honestly i loved it. Yes the story was basic but the 3D, and the visuals were stunning. Great soundtrack and was intense from start to finish. Im sorry you didnt like it mate

I loved the film. Just watched it tonight. Really happy that the release was region free so I can import.

I wonder whether there is a thread with ALL known region free releases?

I don't know if this goes here - but my ULTRAVIOLET code wont work in the US.
Does anyone want to trade codes?
Just send me a message if you have an unused US code for any film and i'll send you the gravity UK code.
If i'll have many offers I guess i'll pick the first one that I don't have.
Thanks :)

This kind of films look great at the theater but once it his the home video the feeling is not the same, i just saw it at my house, still a really good film but the cinematography is less appreciated,,,,now i dont know if i should go for the steel or not...

I also found this a very average movie even in 3d

Below average at best.

Since you already have doubt, I wouldn't even bother. As soon as mine is done making its rounds to family, I'm definitely getting rid of it. I won't even bother with the blufans edition as I find this movie extremely underwhelming.

Found this to be thoroughly entertaining despite the cast and the 3D was up there with the best I have seen. It didn't need a sub plot as there was plenty of drama driving this one on.

After giving this a watch last night I was left scratching my head as to how this won some Oscar awards. I found it to be a very basic survival flick with no sub plots to keep me interested. I can't see myself itching to watch this again

yep I thought the same, very over rated IMO

Load anonymox in Firefox, set to UK, register code, it will show up in your Flixster or whatever just fine.
