What if the full slip or lenti have the ugly-ass walkman design?
The studio has been known to be stubbornly unimaginative and
repetitive in the artwork they approve.

Since Sony had a recent agreement with marvel, they might lend the correct Walkman..just in case we get the Walkman slip or just order the quarter slip..

@paulboland Thanks this is exactly what I said in my previous post

here is a little part of it

But this was supposed to be a WEA Stelbook, I was expecting a unique Artwork, something different that we haven't seen before. It is the same picture used by Novamedia for their Lenti with some minor modification, it is a nice one and I am very happy about this beautiful Steel, but in my Opinion it is not really a Wea Steelbook...Minor modifications to an already used picture doesn't feel WEA to me. I love Blufans, this will be gorgeous, but I can't call this a truly WEA Steelbook.

WEA does not necessarily mean unique and original artwork. All WEA means is that the artwork has not been used on any other steelbook yet.

For example it could be artwork that has been used elsewhere in a slip cover, small changes like addition of clouds, different shade of black, etc. As long as the particular artwork design has not yet been used in a steelbook it is technically correct to say its WEA.

And in the end, it is the movie studio that approves the artwork.

This is awesome, especially considering that Disney is quite stubborn with approving artwork.
Anything besides that ugly tape deck is fine with me. This is the title to own
BLUFANS all the way!!!

lol here we go again  that tape deck is awesome :p

just teasing you mate, This will be a nice release indeed and also will be into it for sure ! This is gonna be a release I open :emb:

Awesome Steelbook for sure, if done right, love that it will be embossed title full Gloss...love back artwork as well, simple makes it classy very often...it is a winner

Wish it was debossed as the frame is going to spoil the beautiful artwork

I would rather be it flat & no embossing than have the frame..

I actually now agree with you both, true embossed title is nice but there is the border, on many steels it is very nice and fine, but on this one looking at it, it should just be totally smooth fully Gloss or like you said debossed title fully Gloss (that treatment made Divergent ES Very Nice)

Tremendous work from Blufans, this is epic and worthy of this movie, quite simply this is marvelous how they got the studio to allow this artwork. :wow: Of course this artwork is on Keep Cases and a Lenti but it will look far better on a premium steelbook, also the artwork follows nicely on to the back, the colours are going to be vibrant too. :)  :oohyeah:

Looking forward to seeing the rest of the artwork, package and the other goodies.
