You kinda answer your disbelief in the same post. You'll never understand, but "to each their own". So, you DO understand. And you're right, to each their own.

Er....no . I'm saying I DON'T understand why people like the cassette design but I DO accept that they're entitled to their opinion. If someone says their favourite sandwich filling is horse manure I would find it hard to understand but, again, they'd be entitled to that opinion.

I'm thinking a lot of people are just annoyed that they splashed out on it when they could have gone for this release instead, sticking their fingers in their ears and humming when people point out the very obvious faults with the cassette design.

Fair enough. I happen to love the cassette design, and I'll also be purchasing this one. I'm happy there's two different versions for people that like one over the other.

The reason I like the cassette player design so much is because it is different and it stands out. There was clearly some creativity and effort put into beyond slapping one of the promotional posters on the front and back and calling it a day. I appreciate that extra effort and my favorite steelbook designs have always been the ones that are thinking outside of the box with the design. I really think the blu fans design is pretty though.

Really liked the cassette design, really like this one too, although I think it's less unique. I don't own any Blufans yet, but I loved this movie so I think this could be the one!

Can't really fathom someone not liking it, I can't stop looking at it haha sucks that art like this had to be for the high price/hard to get releases, lots of good collectors won't have a chance to own this but it is what it is. Hopefully I won't be one of em, gotta bite the bullet and try to get this BC a steel like this is why I got into collecting. Anyone have a ballpark estimate of what this might total shipping to Canada?

I would love to see a lenticular slip for this (maybe for the ultimate edition with the soundtrack) that included a more accurate walkman image, and the lenticular made it look like the tape was actually being played. I don't know how someone wouldn't like that.
