I was like whaaaat? Yea doesnt bother me too much, but its such a stupid mistake. Especially when the placeholder art has the 'Restricted' logo...

It is a pretty stupid mistake. Vance uses the same format for all of his posters, so this could simply be a copy/paste accident.
